My Sega Virtua Stick

I recently picked up this bad boy at the Midwest Gaming Classic, courtesy of Mad Gear Games. The stick itself has a few blemishes on it, but nothing as bad as I have seen other stick look like after a lot of use. In terms of handling, its definitely one of the most solid Sega Saturn Sticks I have used. I have the local American release of a Saturn stick and it just doesn’t hold up well. This stick here works perfectly for almost any fighter or arcade game. IMG00361-20110402-1302

For those of you who never picked up the Saturn, the console was a power house for 2D fighters. It even made use of a 4 MEG RAM cart that could be used to boost the power of the Saturn. Games like Street Fighter Alpha and Vampire Savior played with almost all of its arcade features intact, unlike a lot of Playstation ports of these great fighting games.

Overall, this stick has plenty of buttons and is very well designed. If you have a Saturn and you are in need of a fighting stick, the Virtua Stick provides the response time and handling that you need.
